	PRODUCT REVIEW Applesauce is one of the most common baby food that you would find from several of the baby food manufacturers. This is a basic element in the introduction to solids. Beechnut, unlike other brands, do not add any modified starches, sugars or harsh spices that may upset your little one's tummy. This is usually sold in 2.5 oz. and 4 oz. jars. Beechnut Stage 1 baby foods are pureed to a very thin consistency. They are just a step above being liquid, which is perfect for little ones just learning to swallow instead of thrusting food outward. If your baby has big appetite then you might want to try the larger jars of Stage 1 foods. This has lot of Vitamin C which is necessary for a healthy and good immune system.
