    PRODUCT REVIEW

Well there comes a day in your life, despite disbelief, you come to realize that your little one is not all that little any longer. He has grown and he is almost crawling. Can you believe it? Well, we do. We also do know it probably is time for some mortar skills to develop. You are probably wondering about some specific toys to buy and help him develop his skills. Do you know, you can improve his hand eye coordination by giving something to eat?

In the above paragraph we kept mentioning the baby as a "He". Of course it can be a she as well. In fact, some recent studies show that girl babies tend to develop hand-eye coordination skills as fast as boys, sometimes faster. You go girl!

Back to the topic. Yes, there is something that might interest them and at the same time feed them and develop those skills. It is called finger foods as most of you already know. Gerber produces these puffed grains made with real fruit called "Fruit Puffs". These belong to the finger food category and they claim that it is for babies learning to self-feed, and it melts in baby's mouth. Well we don't know about that but it does seem to melt in our mouth!

These are uniquely shaped and it seem to be just right for babies to pick up. Another interesting feature is that it is very light. This makes it much easier for babies to pick them up. Remember, you might wonder is that all my little one can handle? At this stage, yes, this is what they can handle and of course they will develop amazingly fast and become stronger. This light weight not only makes it easier to pickup but also after they drop, they naturally tend to pick again. They don't seem to get tired and are occupied playing with them.

Another positive point worth mentioning is that it does have some Vitamin E and Iron on them. Also Gerber claims it has been made with real fruit. Zinc is another ingredient present in these puffs. Since these are very light and soft, it is easier for babies to mash them with their gums. As you know those tiny teeth probably hasn't started growing yet.

Also the puffs comes in a nice portable package that are uniquely shaped for easy grip and can be carried in the car easily on your shopping trip. A great way to distract the crankiness in the mall!

Overall, this product receives a rating of "Good" and a taste rating of "Very Delicious"!
