INGREDIENTS

Prep time: 15 min
3 spoons of ShopRite (or any other brand) quick oats
1 cup of water
3/4 cup of milk
1/2 teaspoon of butter
a pinch of salt

    DIRECTIONS

    Bring water with salt to boil, add oats and boil for 10 to 15 minutes or until oats become very soft and mushy. Then puree oats in a mixer with hot milk. Brink porridge to boil once more so that it thickens and add butter.

    Another way of cooking.

    Bring water, salt and milk to boil and add oats and cook on a small flame until oats become tender and thicken. Add butter, remove from flame and let stand for 3 minutes.
