    DIRECTIONS

Peel and cut potato into 4 quarters. Boil it in small amount of water for 10 minutes and add broccoli (washed and divided into small pieces). Boil for 5 to 10 more minutes or until potato is becoming mushy. Pour potatoes, broccoli and remaining water (half a cup) into a mixer and puree everything until it’s a smooth puree. Add a touch of butter for a softer taste and extra calories (optional).

You can replace broccoli with carrots, cauliflower, spinach or cabbage. Be sure to adjust cooking time.
